Important Notice About Tax-Exempt Status:
The Brave Little Bears Foundation has filed an application with the IRS for recognition as a tax-exempt, nonprofit organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Our application is currently pending approval. Once granted, our tax-exempt status will be retroactively effective from our date of incorporation, June 17, 2025, which means your donation may be tax-deductible from that date forward.

However, please note:

• Until our 501(c)(3) status is officially approved by the IRS, we cannot guarantee that your donation is tax-deductible.

• You may need to amend your tax return if our application is approved after you have already filed.

• By making a donation at this time, you acknowledge and accept the risk that your contribution may not be tax-deductible.
