Casey McCaffrey, M.A., CCC-SLP

Casey is a Speech-Language Pathologist, Feeding Specialist, and Certified Lactation Counselor with over a decade of experience supporting children and families across medical, educational, and home-based settings. As co-owner of Expansion Speech Therapy, Casey leads a compassionate, child-centered team committed to delivering high-quality, individualized therapy services.

Casey graduated from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and specializes in feeding and swallowing disorders in infants and children, as well as expressive and receptive language development. Her clinical approach blends evidence-based strategies with warmth and humor to create a safe, supportive space where families can thrive. She is especially passionate about making mealtimes more joyful and less stressful—helping caregivers feel confident and connected.

As a mother of two, Casey understands the challenges parents face and brings both personal insight and professional expertise to her work. She believes that every child deserves access to therapy that honors their unique strengths and needs, and she is proud to partner with organizations that reduce barriers to care for families in need.
