Chelsie Collier

Founder & Owner, Impact Behavior Therapy

With over 15 years of experience in the developmental disability community, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting children and families in meaningful, compassionate ways. Five years ago, I founded Impact Behavior Therapy to create a space where families could feel truly supported and receive the quality care they deserve.

It is an incredible honor to serve on the founding board of The Brave Little Bears Foundation. The mission deeply resonates with me- helping families navigate the financial burdens that so often come with raising a child with disabilities. These costs can quickly become overwhelming, and I believe no family should have to carry that weight alone.

I’ve also had the joy of personally working with Cam and Jay, whose warmth and light are infectious. Supporting a foundation in their name was an easy and heartfelt decision.

I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling Psychology and Applied Behavior Analysis. I also hold licensure as a Behavior Specialist in the state of Pennsylvania.

Outside of work, I’m a proud mom to three little ones- 6-year-old twins and a 4-year-old- who keep life full of laughter, messes, and love. I'm grateful for the opportunity to be part of this incredible foundation and to continue serving a community that means so much to me.

MISSION STATEMENT

The Brave Little Bears Foundation is dedicated to providing financial assistance and support to families with children who have developmental disabilities, enabling them to access private therapies, specialized activities, and mainstream recreational programs that are otherwise out of reach. Our goal is to alleviate the unique burdens these families face, ensuring they have the resources to support their children’s happiness, development, and well-being.
