Chelsie Collier
Founder & Owner, Impact Behavior Therapy
Chelsie brings over 15 years of experience in the developmental disability community and has dedicated her career to supporting children and families in meaningful, compassionate ways. Five years ago, she founded Impact Behavior Therapy to create a space where families feel truly supported and receive the high-quality care they deserve.
It is an incredible honor for Chelsie to serve on the founding board of The Brave Little Bears Foundation. The mission deeply resonates with her — particularly the focus on helping families navigate the financial burdens that so often accompany raising a child with disabilities. She understands how quickly these costs can become overwhelming and believes no family should have to carry that weight alone.
Chelsie has also had the joy of personally working with Cam and Jay, whose warmth and light are truly infectious. Supporting a foundation in their name was an easy and heartfelt decision.
Chelsie is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling Psychology and Applied Behavior Analysis. She is also licensed as a Behavior Specialist in the state of Pennsylvania.
Outside of work, Chelsie is a proud mom of three — 6-year-old twins and a 4-year-old — who keep life full of laughter, messes, and love. She is grateful for the opportunity to be part of this incredible foundation and to continue serving a community that means so much to her.
